Def. possible at a DD event. I got lost in my own bedroom after the last event. Seriously. Woke up and had to take a leak... hung a left in turn 1 when I shoulda hung a right. Woke the wife up and when she asked what the hell I was doing I started doing my best Hunter S. Thompson impersonation whilst bitching about the architect that designed "this dump." Impossible to find the bathroom. What about the fucking golf shoes!? You get the idea.

Last weekend I was out in western mass pounding scorpion bowls because I couldn't stand being near the girl and there was a cute stranger at the bar. End of the night (I'm told) the cops sent me home. Aparently got up in the middle of the night, sat on the girls sister, who was letting us sleep in her bed and crashing on the couch. Guess i wanted to have a conversation, I don't know. I was told she was laughing pretty hard at whatever i had to say. The girl yelled from the bedroom 'what are you doing?', and I responded in my best Stewie voice, 'I WAS CURIOUS!!'.
I got a kick out of that.

the crowd is pretty diversified. (in every way) It's a pretty good family experience.
The girls are awesome and there's plenty of action and beer to go around.
A definite must-do!

Unfortunately, no. After the "retreat" at your place, I realized that the league was looking for a little too much of my time. They wanted at least a 75% attendance at scrimmages in order to do the "more important" rolling ref duties at bouts (jam refs and pack refs). Since I've been more involved with my inline speed skating, work has been busy, and I'm trying to get ride time in, I just didn't have the time to make the scrimmages.
