Seeing as most cable has moved to Digi, and at least with TWC the content is streamed to your individual box on demand... I don't see how you can do it... the provisioning system won't send you channels your box isn't registered to have.

If they do, its not for long...but will be longer if you're on podunk cable.

If you have on-demand cable though, then you have digital 2-way interactive services. So all a blakbox will do is flag yourself for a visit.
