Computer question (Leebo)

Ok I need some help.
My Yahoo home page and my NESR page are "stuck"on the 16th of September. I think pricless420.com is too but most other pages work ok.
I had Jay delete my account and I reregistered and I deleted all cookies, temp files and forms.
Now when I log in on my new account "REDST" and I click on USER CP it still goes back to the old LEEBO and is dated september 16th.
Anyone have any idea???

Its a web browser to use in place of Internet Explorer. I was just about to suggest the same

down loaded "windows clean up" it went through and cleaned off like 10,000 files. My pc seems to be fairly normal now.
