difficulty registering salvage title?

Anyone know how difficult it is to get a salvage purchased bike registered?
I bought a bike of someone who bought it from Argo.
I'd like to get it registered if possible. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Its not too bad in NH, as long as you have the following,

The crash estimate from the the insurance company that totaled the bike!
Pics of before and after, if possible
All receipts for parts that you install on the bike

The link i posted is clearly showing that it's possible. There are hoops to jump through but its not impossible really.
