initial google search shows all UK based that wont ship to the states.

Your local print/copy shop'll most likely have all the tools & devices needed. Good luck finding one to do it though. You'd be amazed at how often I'm approached & how much I'm offered to do shit like that...

i know up here in ny you can shop at BJ's for free by using your student i.d. No need for a membership. never tried it at home in mass though.

not that I would (because it's illegal), but if I (speaking purely hypothetically, and not me personally) were to (which I wouldn't) replicate a student identification card (not intentionally for fraud purposes), I (but not me) would just google image a picture for a template, use photoshop to copy/paste text (or insert your own text boxes), print it out on photo paper, and use any old laminator/pouch of the right size to seal it up

or just ask someone that is a student to buy it for you?

since it doesn't have to be an exact replica of the original, you (not you personally, but some any human being) can always (but wouldn't, because it's illegal) use photochop to fill in/re-produce the areas that require touch-up

plus, aren't most student ID's pretty simple anyways? don't they just have a few lines or a college insignias? nothing a little photchop couldn't handle
