Framingham?

I am going to be attending "school" in Framingham for my new job with AT & T in August. Could anyone suggest any good places to eat, shop, etc? TIA.

oga's is one of the best japanese places in the boston area, i think it's right down the street from where you'll be training

If you want a great dive bar and willing to travel two towns over then try Tj's spirits in Hopkington on 135. Great food and drinks that are wicked cheap.

There are a ton of places on rt 9. I just went to fondue place next to the Jordan's in natick.

There's so much around there... grocery shopping as well, there's BJ's, shaws, trader joes, market basket, whole foods.. yeah, pretty much everything. I definitely agree with everything people has suggested. There's no real good chinese food in the area in my opinion. And I'm talking more authentic chinese cuisine. I live right around the corner..

Chicken bone is not the same since the "makeover". They cut the menu in 1/2.

I forgot to mention for breakfast Llyods in Framingham across from Keefe tech. It's an old refurbished train car turned into a breakfast joint. Bring your appetite though because they have huge portions for cheap money.
