    Halloween Theme Parks?

    Guys,

I'm trying to figure out which establishment I want to go to this year. I definately don't want to go to the following.

    Spooky World
    Witches Woods
    Factory of Terror

I'm thinking about the following but I haven't been to them and I'm looking for opinions from people who have been to any:

    Barret Haunted Mansion
    Barrett's Haunted Mansion

    Haunted Acres
Haunted Acres :: New Hampshire's Largest Halloween Attraction

    Fright Kingdom
    http://www.frightkingdom.com

    Nightmere New England
    Nightmare New England

    When's he removing yours?

I've always wanted to hit p the Factory of Terror. Looks pretty cool. You see the billboards all over the Providence RI area.

    Maybe this year.

This sounds like cause for a NESR drunken romp through haunted houses!

Traci and I were planning on hitting up Nightmare New England either this weekend or next.

    Re: Halloween Theme Parks?

I will be heading up to Salem Halloween night, should be fun. The weekend prior a group of friends are going to Six Flags. From what I am told they go all out! Not sure what is involved but I will be doing a bunch or rides! Should be lots of fun! Pretty sure we are going Saturday the 25th to six flags if anyone is interested. It will be an all day event ending with drinking and what not later that night closer to home! Worcester area....

Six Flags always does a great Halloween spread. They've been doing it since it was Riverside back in the day.

    Re: Halloween Theme Parks?

Spooky world is okay but very expensive.

Factory of terror sucked, very long line for not much scaryness.
There is the Berwick boys club on Manley St. W. Bridgewater/Brockton line, very good for kids scary but not too bad I actually thought they were better than factory of terror.

I have heard Barretts is awesome I plan on trying to go at some point this season.

Six flags probably puts on a good one. I know that the best place I ever went to was in at universal studios in FLA, for their halloween horror nights, numerous haunted houses and rides, very cool. People hiding all along the area coming up behind you from wooded areas and stuff. Loved it.

It wasn't me I didn't do it (unless you have the negatives to prove it)

    Re: Halloween Theme Parks?

I have never been to Six Flags NE for the Halloween "show", but I did got to the one in NJ. It was excellent. People were practically crapping themselves out of fright. If 6 Flags NE is half as good, it's worth going to.

I work within walking distance of Witches Woods. It's pretty silly for $25.
