I won some items on ebay on December 14th. The guy has 100% possitive feedback so i wasn't to concerned about anything. Communication has been very slow from him, it took 2 days to get a shipping amount, i sent the paypal and then another 2 days for him to get back to me saying he got the paymentlast i heard from him was 4 days ago and i still have no tracking number or shipping info that was promissed asap. I've sent 2 emails requesting this info and none were returned. At what point would you start to take some sort of action against this? I don't want to mark up someones feedback if they have some sort of problems, but i'm a little concerned about not hearing back from him. Any advice?
Thanks

I have had a few issues like this as well. Drop him a line telling him to please respond with answers as to what is going on and your tracking #. Maybe give him till the end of the week and say he will get a negative responce from you if nothing is resolved.
Did you pay through pay-pal? If so, check it's payment status. I have had issues with the payment taking very long resulting in the seller not shipping the item. Not their fault, but aggrivating..
Um never mind I just re-read, so it's the sellers fault. Threatin him with negative feed back..... Ussually when I buy any big items I get their phone # before I complete the sale so I know I can call and harrass them! It's a good way to confirm everything with the seller and also they know you can easily get a hold of them!
Good luck!

I would say cet the guy some slack.. Maybe he went on an unexpected business trip, or is just swamped with the holidays.. I know that I don't have time to breath nevermind ship stuff out. People on Ebay are normally pretty good. Give him some time

Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
I don't think i'm asking for much, a simple reply would be nice even if he hasn't shipped the items yet. it's only been 5 days now sence i last heard from this guyI'm gonna send him a email at least requesting a reply, preferably a tracking number, by tomorrow about this time, no reply or parts at my house will equal negative feedback

I had a problem with one seller not shipping/communicating at one time. All those supposed 'buyer protection' tools amounted to jack. The seller did eventually get the item to me, but ultimately the guy just flaked and really wasn't out to get over on anyone. Like was mentioned, I'd tend to think that most people that go through the listing procedure but aren't that timely about closing the deal are just slacking and don't intend to rip anyone off. And like was also suggested, I'd give it some time.

Mark, I'd cut the guy some slack. With the holidays fast approaching he's probably caught up in the gift buying. I've had a few individuals on ebay who weren't quick to respond and the next thing I know is the item has been delivered.
