I'm not sure I'd classify what my butt has been doing as "sweet" but I'd like to add some fire to whatever is going on back there just to see what happens.

since I work with quite a few Indian folks in my job, and some from directly offshore, I've had a chance to sample both northern and southern cuisine.

I only remember a few of the dishes and even fewer by name. I would have to say that I prefer southern.

It's not. Most places make the sauce with heavy cream (the place I go to does at least). Very high in saturated fat.

The Westborough Korean restaurant is actually pretty good.

Theres a place in Ashland called Dosa Temple that is supposed to be very good for southern Indian food. I hear its a hole in the wall, but the food is good.

I used to bartend at Bollywood Grill in framingham, best indian food around! And I got to eat as much of it as I wanted for free my favs: chicken korma, chicken tikka masla, barra kebab, and lamb saag. Don't forget nan bread! With some dishes you can ask for them to not use cream, for instance I would take home chicken sag without cream most nights. And if you want it really healthy, order from the tandoori grill- they are sauceless dishes and thats really where all the high fat content is.
