This is just insane. Children will expiriment there is nothing you can do about it currently as they are not old enough to understand the actions were wrong. If you can convict a child for this why are teens not getting convicted when they murder someone on accident because they were showing a friend their parents gun? In most cases they are found negligent but not charged with Murder. In this case I sum it up to kids being kids. They obviously seen those acts somewhere, why not start with the parents?Investigate the parents, investigate the types of TV Shows the children are exposed to, lifestyle, etc. The child saw the act somewhere and was curious about it. The child is just that a child, how can you charge them with a felony when they don't understand their actions were wrong?
Yeah, maybe not, but there is the whole double standard issue...
Although, the political figure's 5 year-old son (present with his 5 year-old sister), allegedly committed a similar act, the son was not charged.

Seriously though, there are the people that are seriously messed up for going after kids. And then there are people that do things that normal people find moderately acceptable, i.e. teens having sex- yet there exists some bizarre statute of limitations that can get people in trouble for "being pedophiles, retroactively" as RandyO puts it, thats just plain fucked.

After the parents of the acused are investigated , and found innocent,, they should investigate the DA , who followed through and tried this case , this is abuse of his/her power. The DA should be prosicuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is just stupid !
