Land use threat

If you own or use land for any purpose the US Senate wants to stop you from using it.

Senate Vote when they return on there S-787 Clean Water Restoration Act.
Clean Water Restoration sounds wonderful. What it does is make ALL water resources anywhere under their jurisdiction. Some low level EPA or Army Corp. bureaucrat will be able to designate ANY LAND a clean water source and PROHIBIT use or development of that land.

So if you ride anything in the woods or own any land you will be f*cked as this EPA tree hugger decides YOUR LAND is a valuable source so you can't go there just pay the property taxes. ORV's loosen soil so they are out too.
