Looking for Saab mechanic around Lowell area

Anyone know of a good mechanic that has history working on Saabs in or around Lowell? My GF has a 2001 9-3 that needs some work done to it. They don't need to be a Saab specialist, but I would like someone that does have some experience with them.

Go to "The Doctor" off of Route 27 in Acton MA. He usually knows what he's doing, but be prepared to pay an arm and a leg.

I have a good friend who works at CARS inc in salem he specializes in euro/high end cars. also, he is selling his 98 9000cse 2.3T if you know anyone interested bahaha. but seriously, CARS inc. is the place you should go I see saabs run through that place like water through a faucet and their work is good. we rebuld my saturn engine (actually a saab engine) and it has performed excellent ever since.

There's a place in Wayland that works specifically on Saabs. It's called Wayland Automotive...can't say if they are great or not.

I know the guys there.. and I would tell you to go across the street to see someone else. Doesn't matter since it's owned by the same guy (both shops/stations) So if you're interested just PM me for the name. They sell and like SAABS a lot there, but nothing extreme like the sounds of this CARS shops in rebuilding engines etc..

The person I know there is VERY competent though.

that is Automotion Motorsports. They are saab geniuses! pricey though. What is the problem with the 9-3? I have had four saabs and I have seen pretty much everything. Just curious as i could probably tell you if your problem is really the problem or a symptom of something more nefarious...
