We'll be at O'Donnel's by like, 8:00-ish. Lichen's playing. They do a lot of 70's-type stuff: jazzed-up Dead tunes, Clapton, Jethro Tull, Mot The Hoople (sp?), Procol, Bob Marley, Skynard...shit like that. Pretty lively band, sound-wise...

See what that scene's like now-a-days, then play it from there...

Yes, that's Billy. He looks whacked when he plays. But he's actually a mellow, down to earth guy. He's actually a P.I. in his 'civilian' life. Funny bastard that'll have you in stitches if you ever get the chance to chew the shit with him...

Sweet, man. Usually the college crowd there for Lichen. Funny that they STILL think they've stumbled upon something new. I can't believe they STILL play there EVERY week (Thursdays usually). They've been doing that for the last TWENTY years. Goes back to when it was The Lantern, La Cantina, etc. Funny shit!

Pretty funny........I remember getting snuck in the side door before I wasn't old enough to drink and they were playing there.

Drinking on wednesday nights before a Holiday rules. Then you go to Mom's house and starts drinking Juli Gallo cheap ass wine by the gallon and your right back in action...........
