I also live in the Middletown area, it's gotten much better the last couple of years. A lot of new restaurants have opened up and in general the main street has undergone quite a bit of revitalization. Some fun roads to ride on in the area also. If you're looking for any specific info feel free to pm me and I can try to help.

CT is a great place to live.....and Middletown is right in the middle of awesome riding areas. Over the bridge off of RT9 and your into Portland with great sweepers and all the towns connected down there are great to live in too. Gillette Castle is close by and is awesome too......great little twistys up to the castle and more on the way down. Its only half hour from NW CT also to the berkshires and sick riding. I go back to CT to ride when I can and hope to on Sunday this weekend. Road quality in 90% of the state is great too......im from RI now and look forward to leaving this crappy state. Off to Mass and hopefully better riding.![]()
