    Truck bed lighting

Looking for some inexpensive lighting I could hook up somehow to my truck bed for when we're loading up after dark. Other thing is I want lo draw ones so I dont kill the battery if we want to leave em on for a bit. Are LED lights worth it? Bright enough? And anyone have any nice looking mounting tips?

TheIglu has got the right idea.... I grabbed two of these from Harbor freighthttp://www.harborfreight.com/27-led-...ght-67227.html and stuck to the bed sides with some of the plastic type velcro. I have a tonneau though, so not sure how they'd hold up to the weather long term.

Waterproof, magnetic, accessory outlet powered: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/c...e-plug-lights/

Dunno how truly effective they are, but I know my flashlight is rated at 180 lumens and it's BRIGHT.

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

I had two 6x3watt LED flood lights mounted to my back rack and switched in the cab. The lights were about $50 if I remember correctly.
