Ok, so I just bought a 4 bedroom condo in Medford on the Somerville line. It's a big place, just under 1800 sq. feet. I currently live with a couple of my good friends, but they don't want to move because the location isn't good for their commute...and I was getting sick of renting.

I've been posting this on craigslist, and have met a couple cool guys so far that are supposed to give me a decision this week, but who knows...and have a couple of other times set up to show the place. Figured I'd put it on here too.

*Hardwood floors throughout, 2 bathrooms(actually putting 2nd in immediately after I close on Aug. 26th), washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and new kitchen appliances.
* 2 seperate living rooms...I'll have my own connected to my bedroom
*Large enclosed porch on front, and rear deck on back.
*Across street from bus stop, and close to train. Down the street from Tufts, close to Cambridge, less than 5 miles from downtown Boston.
*Extra storage unit in basement.
*$600 + utilities, looking for 1-year lease, only 1st+last upfront, no security deposit required. Looking for 3 roomates, but come one or all.

About me: 28 year old male, female or male roomates ok, I don't smoke, outside smoking if you do, I'm pretty clean but not anally so, and I'm laid back, personable, stable, all that good stuff.

Downfall: no off-street parking, and I won't be able to keep my bike there. Think I'm leaving the VFR at my current apartment given they find a replacement roomate for me.
