I couldn't even make it through the first one. I loved the Transformers when I was a kid, had all the toys, (the real ones made of metal not the new plastic crap) and I even been thinking about buying the original series on DVD just for the memories. But Hollywood has to come along and F with everything. I hope they don't ruin my other favorite, GI Joe.

I loved the movie. Thought some of the transitions were damn funny and seriously...it's Megan Fox. Alot of action, shit blowing up, hot women, more shit blowing up=good times.

took my son to the first one. i couldn't follow wtf was going on half the time in the fight scenes. i heard its ten times worse in the second movie. i'll take him anyways cause well, he's 9 and won't care.

Honestly, I think its a little funny when people try to take Michael Bay movies just a little too seriously. Remember, this is the whizz-bang-boom action man, the guy known for blowing up shit for no reason other than to say "awesome." I gotta be honest, I'm a fan of some of his stuff. 'Armageddon' is definitely a favorite of mine, 'The Rock' is a classic, 'Pearl Harbor' is 50/50 depending on who you ask, and remember 'Bad Boys' was arguably the movie that threw Will Smith into super-stardom.

I'll admit it, the Transformer movies are just another vehicle for him to blow stuff up, make loud noises, throw a hint of a love story in there, blow some more needless crap up, and then make an ass-load of money off the whole thing. (Insert obligatory "Megan Fox is hot" comment here) But if you can manage to turn the 'critic' part of your brain off for 2.5 hours, you just might enjoy yourself.
