How big is your area? Also, what's your style? Castle? Barn house? In or out?

Might be a little out of your area but check out Francis Farms in Rehoboth, MA. I'm having my reception there in September and the price was great, ~125 people. PM me for more details.

We are getting married here: http://www.oceanviewinnandresort.com/

it was a little pricy at 100 $ a head but at the same point we got it for 7 hours and its all inclusive minus beer. Ceremony is on site and they have worked with us to get everything we want. And its like 10 feet from the ocean

    Re: Wedding venues

FWIW we're getting married at Flag Hill Winery in July. It's in Lee NH, so it might be too far from where you are looking. We looked at a lot of places and when you factor in the price it's a great deal.

    http://www.flaghill.com/fhwinery/weddings/

The site fee is $1500 plus another $500 if you have the full wedding (as opposed to just the reception) there. Remember thats just to use the site, you still gotta have it catered and all that. To give you an idea, some of the places we looked at had a site fee of 5 grand.

They can hook you up with anything you need if you don't want to stress out over the planning, or you can do what you want on your own and they can do the rest.

EDIT: ...Oh nevermind you said indoors.

I use to sell them their banquet food (hors D'ouerves, desserts and specialty stuff) They are REAL nice people. The Venue is beautiful, but in your original post you were looking for cheap.

Oceanview inn is beautiful, and not supper pricey...The owner can be a bit of a wacko though

The Peabody Essex Museum does an AWESOME job...They use to have the catering done from the Hawthorne (another awesome place but super pricey)

Turner Hill Golf. . . great, I don't know what their price structure is, or how their food is now, they changed chef since I sold them stuff

Vesper is nice, priced fair for a country club in Lowell

Ipswich is nice, but not inexpensive

Salem Waterfront Hotel is nice and 100ppl is about a perfect size for them

Myopian Hunt Club. . . in the middle of nowhere, but awesome

If you want to drive a bit further north, Portsmouth area has a few AWESOME choices The Wentworth Hotel, Wentworth Country Club (again a new chef, so I can't tell you how the food is now).
and a little further north there's no better view than the Cliff House...Food is great too

If you're looking discount, Montvale Plaza has 2 really good chef owners. The rooms are dated, and it's woburn but depending on what you're looking for, you could do really well with food/ and value

    or

There are a ton of cheap function halls, and get a great caterer. I can help point you in the right direction with that too.

I've sold to all these places and all are decent, some are great....It's really about what you want, and what's your budget
