YouTube cutting off video uploads

My wife is a teacher and she is trying to upload lessons to YouTube for her classes and her videos are being cut off by YouTube...the 2 videos she is trying to upload are in webm format and 10 mins and 15 mins in length...anyone run into this issue before?...tried converting the videos to mp4 and the conversion was cutting off as well...tried uploading using chrome and edge with the same result...she used a chromebook to record and I can watch the full webm videos through vlc player...any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

What do you mean by cutting off? Are you getting a denial or error message? Does it time out?

If you have a wired connection as an option and you're on wifi, I might try going wired as a test, especially if it slows and then fails somewhat randomly.

Thanks...It is uploading but not all of the video...the 15 minute one is only getting 6:37 uploaded and the 10 minute one is only getting 2:10 uploaded...the same amount of time each time I try...yes we are using WiFi

Just figured out that the camera was cutting out part way through the video...basically the video showed up as being 10 and 15 minutes on the ipevo app on the chromebook but the video feed froze at those times and there is no video after those points...she thinks the document camera is the issue, not YouTube...she will have to test further on our laptop to confirm
