the wife just doesnt ride this anymore. she swore she would be buried with it, but reality has set in. id be surprised if she put 500 miles on it this year.

pretty sure the chain is fairly new also. i cant remember, ive bought a lot of chains in the past few years
the bad
its been down. once. a pretty good one that required me to replace the whole exhaust, oil pan, rearset and a handlebar. she crashed it about .75 miles from the house when she hit some wet pavement under the bridge by our house and wedged it under a guard rail. this managed to damage all of the bodywork with the exception of the tank. tank is perfect (asfaik), thanks to the frame sliders. so every body panel is either cracked or scratched. the plan was to get some of the chinese bodywork off ebay to pretty it up, but,at this point, the reward isnt worth the investment.
when i replaced the rotors, money was tight so i got them off ebay. they were cheap because one was green. i had every intention of painting it black to match the other but she couldnt wait and wanted it ridable right away...you know... so she could ride her 100 miles for the month.so one is green. easy fix.
short stalk turn signals front and rear that work but are really just thrown on for inspection purposes. could use some proper connectors to ensure that they always work.
its not pretty but it rides nice. i have the factory rear seat cowl and some spare body panels like an upper and a tail from when her brother banged it off a boat parked in the yard trying to squeeze through. so they arent perfect either. they may be better than whats on there but to be honest i havent looked.

she wants a dirtbike. preferably a 2T and of smaller displacement (125 ish) so a trade may be doable for the right bike.
