I am posting this for a racing buddy, Alex. Between keeping up his current race bike, building the endurance bike, plus a few other recent two-wheeled projects . . . Alex has realized hes got way too many bikes in his shop. The time has come to thin the herd, so hes asked me to post this (and two other bikes) up for those who might be interested.
Description:
Woodcraft, Yoshimura, 3K in suspension alone, Ohlins 25MM forks and Ohlins shock, Sharkskinz and more. Bike was assembled ridden at 3 practices and never raced. This one of the cleanest race bike you will ever see. This bike does not have a title but will come with a bill of sale.
Price: $3600 as listed with Ohlins forks, or $3100 with only GMD forks. Trades considered.
Location: Western Connecticut

hmm that almost sounds to good to be true. be careful people
Um, yeah ... three threads for three different bikes. One 600. One 750. One 1000.
This bike is priced low because it doesn't come with a title, but it will come with a bill of sale (as some race bikes often do).
I've known Alex for ten years. I've been on the track with him for most of those years and raced with him for five years. Alex has been racing up at LRRS for many years before me. He's one of the reasons I got into racing. In fact, I've bought two race/track bikes from Alex. If you want references ask Kates, Martire, Fett, uncle Freddy, etc.
Some people have PM'd asking for additional information on this and the other bikes. I've forwarded your requests. When I hear back from Alex I'll PM the information and post a follow up in the proper thread with the relevant information.

Nice looking track bike......and a nice price too
The ‘05 GSXR 750 Race/Track Bike has been **SOLD**
However, both the ‘05 GSXR 1000 Race/Track Bike and the ‘03 GSXR 600 Race/Track Bike listed in these classifieds are still for sale.

What trades will he consider, and what's the story with the numbers on the frames of the no title bikes.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
