Tryupf
I purchased this bike in late '08 from salvage with the intent of having a bike that would be street legal and still pass tech. I raced it in a few CCS races in 2009 and 2010, it hasn't been on the track since--just commuting to work.
When I bought the bike, it was electric blue, and it appeared to have hit a deer. The gauges had to be replaced with a salvaged unit so the mileage isn't correct. The reported mileage on the salvage was 300 miles, which I believe to be true. Based on that, the current actual mileage is 6,860 mi. Putting it back together, I did full race bodywork, but added integrated mirror/turn signals, which along with the headlights, are on removable brackets which allow for a quick conversion to track mode. I'll include the race tail and stock windshield, which host the number plates.
Also, as seen in the pictures, I'm including a platform that I made for mounting bags (I used cortech sport). The bracket mounts in place of the rear seat, and gives a place for bags to attach to, since underseat exhaust doesn't give you much.
Features:
-Engine, exhaust, suspension are all stock.
-GB Racing frame sliders and stator cover
-Fixed rearsets
-Triumph "low" seat, stock seat included
-GP Shift, easily reversible.
-Integrated tail light
-Tires are nearly at the wear indicators, either way, they're 4 years old and should be replaced
-I did the bare minimum safety wiring to pass tech for CCS/ASRA in 2010; Radiator cap, oil filler cap, dip stick, oil drain plug, oil filter are all drilled for wiring.
$4500
