So, Maine cycle warehouse had a massive fire recently. They're selling everything in the warehouse for $5k. "Mostly smoke damage"

Bunch of junk, some good stuff too. Last time I went the place was stacked with nearly-complete SRAD GSXRs and other 90's sportbikes, lots of vintage dirt bikes, boxes on boxes of spares from every conceivable old machine...

Guy could have had a healthy business as a breaker but he told me selling on eBay was too much work. They were open one day per week on random weeks and every time I was there dude was watching Netflix and chain smoking lol. Knowledgeable guy though, apparently dragged turbo FJRs and schooled me on the FJ1200 back when I had one.

Jimmy is a solid dude. The man can ride anything with two wheels, better than most. And 1-200 miles in the back woods of Maine is a normal occurrence for him and Trailridjng Maine. I’ve done it with him before. He’s our local Beta Connection.

That warehouse was filled with gold, for the right person. EBay!!

I don't doubt it a bit. Rarely up in Auburn but I think Maine Cycle was the main gig - would be great if someone scooped everything up and started a new warehouse. Lot of people are bummed about the loss. It was a damn big fire.
