2001 Suzuki SV650S - $2000

Another one bites the dust! The fiance and I are getting things together to buy a house, which for right now means bye bye (or buy buy!) motorcycle

So here she is - 2001 Suzuki SV650S. 13806 miles. Title in hand. It was dropped by previous owner - a few dings in the tank (looks like from the handlebars), and some other minor surface scratches. I've only laid it down twice (while walking around corners). It HAS been lowered - dog links can be removed for taller riders
I installed side frame sliders, new side mirrors, new brake and clutch levers, and changed out the original undertail/light section with a fender eliminator and integrated tail-light/with directionals. New spark plugs in 2014 (hasn't been ridden more than a few hundred miles since).

Because he'll likely want to know all the assets, including vehicles. Any change in asset balances has potential to set you back if not properly documented.

They need to know where money came from. If you deposit $2,000 in your bank account, there needs to be a paper trail associated with it.

The kicker, though, is if that money has been in your account for more than 60 days, it is considered seasoned and no paper trail is required.

Less to do with assets and more to do with tracking cash.

Because they have to account for every deposit over $1K in your accounts. It's true.

It's so they know cash was acquired legally. It was a pain when I got mine too. Had to get receipts for all parts I sold from my r6.

I don't think they care too much about legality - they care about whether or not you'll default on the loan. ie, if that recent $5000 deposit was a short-term loan or a "gift" from a family member, it might mean you can't really afford the property.
