If this is for you personally than I have a lever and maybe the stock directionals? But can't check for another 5 months.
The lever should be the same as the 01. as the signals? I know I do not have a mirror.
I can have my friend grab them and ship what I have to you. I would tell you were my house is so you can just get it yourself but I would have to fight to get my RC51 back when I return!

i have the directional and i'm almost 100% certain i have the lever, just have to find it
