Hypermotard 1100 aftermarket parts and complete bike part-out

Busted my budget buying my new bike so I've gotta try and recoup everything I can out of the Hyper, I know there are a couple guys on NESR still on the air cooled bikes, figured I'd start here before going to the Duc forum, Facebook, Craigslist, etc...

Aftermarket
OEM forks with Ohlins cartridge kit - $1750
Ohlins shock - $600
Termignoni exhaust "package" with full exhaust, pod filters with velocity stacks, race ECU and PCV with custom tune - $1,500
Sato rearsets - $400
Color matched subrame - $200
DP race seat - $125
Speedymoto cam belt covers - $100
Speedymoto clutch cover - $40

Well, that's kind of a tough one since it's incomplete. Super rare ohlins stamped damper, was over $1000 when new, the big BUT is that one of the brackets broke (I think there's a pic in that album of the broken piece) and I've been unable to source a replacement. I've dug deep too, contacted Scotts, multiple manufacturers that allegedly made the brackets, etc... What I haven't researched is its compatibility with the "under the bar" mounts.

But to answer your question, I'm asking $400.

$150 for the fuel tank, it's Caswell coated and includes the fuel pump.

And engine is in terrific mechanical condition, unfortunately the early air cooled Hypermotard engines had a crappy paint put on them and it just couldn't take New England (among others) weather, lots of flaking paint...

And I agree, it really stung ripping her apart, she was really well sorted. I just couldn't accept the pennies on the dollar with all the aftermarket parts...

I hear ya, but the S1000RR sitting in my garage helps ease the pain

Cool, thanks again! Mine has a weird leak (long story) and it might be cheaper to just replace the tank.

Man, I held on to that broken piece FOREVER, and go figure when I'm trying to sell the thing I can't find it... In the photo album I linked in the first post you can see what it looked like.

What's the status of the engine?

22,000+ miles, religious oil and filter changes and valve adjustments. Valves have stayed within spec the last two seasons.
