2004 Honda CRF450R Supermoto for sale! $3500

New price ~ First $2800 takes it. So it kills me to say that my back and knees have spoken and will not allow me back on the track anytime soon I have finally yielded to reality and am selling my race bike.

2004 Honda CRF450R Supermoto I bought in 2006 (used to be Scott Greenwood's bike). Geared for NHMS with 17 x 3.5, 17 x 4.5 German BEHR rims on Rad hubs. Has slicks on it now but comes with a set of Dunlop rains with life left and 2 sets of DOT takeoffs (Michelin and Dunlop) if you wanna put it on the road. Moto-Master front breaks and a wave rotor in back. Pro Taper bars with bark busters. I have a Hindle Aluminum exhaust for it as well. The radiator shrouds have been replaced with Aluminum ones and the chain has maybe 6 hours on it.

I changed the oil and filter after every weekend of use like clockwork!

She's gone down at the track a few times so there are some scratch's and rash on some of the plastic (picture shows the worst side) but overall she is a great bike that is ready to race!

I also have the full Dirt set up for it including separate front break lever and caliper, Rims and Brand new Dunlop tires and various plasic parts i didn't need on it as a motard.

I need this all gone ASAP! first $2800 takes it.

Iknow that they can be registered in ME and NH but I am not sure about MA. Maybe someone who knows could chime in?

What do you currently have for paperwork? There's plenty of roundabout routes, but they all cost $$.

It would be expensive and time consuming. You'd need it to pass mass inspection.

All i got with it was a bill of sale but according to the NH and the ME(when i moved) DMV they said it won't be a problem but to be honest i haven't heard of the MA regs and they are probably strict like everything else about MA.

The latter is attainable, buy "selling" a bike to someone in one of those states, have them register it, and then buying it back with the appropriate paperwork. This takes time.

One minor correction, all you need to do is title the bike, not register it. Saves a bit of time, and money

Correct! The current owner could EASILY get this titled as he's in NH (as you know, Mark ). Assuming it'd have lights, directionals, horn, etc., all he/you need to do is bring the bike and a list of all street-legal mods to a NH state inspection station and have them verify that it would pass inspection. I even wrote my own little verification 'form' and just had the mechanic sign it after he looked (them) over. Then ya just take that to your local Town Clerk and apply for a title. Voila! The first time I did it, they didn't even charge me for the inspection. The second time, I MADE him take a $20 spot...

You should just get this as a rain bike, that way you don't have to buy rotors/sprocket for your rain wheels. Solid logic right?
