This kit brings the front end up level to the rear seeing these models come with the rear end 2-2.5" higher.

Those will only work on 2wd '97-'03 F-150's. 4wd's had torsion bars, just in case you didnt know.

Ahh yes 2 WD, but still 97-02. Not sure it will work on 03? Only recommended for 97-02.

damnit! can you adjust the torsion bars to level the frt end of the 4x4?

Yes you can, but you may need an alignment after or your tires will wear un-even.
All you have to do is tighten up on the two torsion bar adjusting bolts.
