Here is an excerpt from a long thread about a guy, who goes by the name Ducky, and has a Pulse Intake on his CR500 running supermoto:
"You can laugh if you like but I run 320 main and 82 slow jet.....I,ve seen 10000 rpms in 4th gear (around 110mph) with an FMF gnarly pipe with a longer exhaust flange. I run in sv 650 class and they make between 70-90hp top speed 130mph and some of the riders in that class were laughing when they looked beside them a motard was run with them down backstraight....they were saying hands down that fastest motard they have seen,they were also laughing how quick it was thrown around and couldn't follow my line because of the weight and handling factors."
For comparison, stock jetting is 175 main and 55 slow jet.

CRF450 slipper will fit after shaving an outside ridge down. Many 450 parts fit the 500. I've got a CRF 16 tooth front sprocket on it.

It looks like it changed owners twice since I sold it a few months ago, got some new black fenders, bigger front brake, new exhaust and seat. Oh, and it went from a 97 to a 99.
