It definitely works with stock fenders and the guy said it also works with aftermarket FE kits. Basically, whatever you're already using, you can keep using with this system. The second pic I posted and lxpony's are great shots of what they look like with the oem fender. Hope this helps.

I love the way the system sounds, love even more how it looks, just can't justify the cash. Free bump for a GREAT exhaust system at an even better price. I've looked at these for 2+ years now. Post this on kawiforums.com and it'll be gone in the same day.
