Is it parts only because of a title issue, or because its junk?

That is a great question, my girlfriend has a 16 year old intrested in getting into riding. So junk or title issue is a big diffrence.

no title + I was gonna turn it into a track bike but I cut out toooo much wiring so I just completely disassembled it---it did run fine before I butchered it
