Saw that the other day. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted.
But...must.buy.motor.for.track.bike.

Aye. If I didn't have 2 motor swaps lined up on current projects I'd own it.
I shouldn't have yelled at the wife for dropping $75 at the hair dresser...
Lets see what he says its right in my price range and local...
There is a Ducati I'd ride.... I think.
I'm not really into ducatis as a rule. But THIS is pure sex appeal.

It's got the price tag to go with it, but that's a real bucket list bike for me.

Reads like a Monster in sporty trim. Or a Ducati Thruxton. Simpler bike, modern-er tech. I'm down with just about everything I see except the dual rear suspenders.

And don't believe everything you think.
That ain't bad. IIRC that's the same thing as PhilB rides? Hell, I'd ride that.
Needs: belts/valves/prolly carb work, and since he said it had a low battery, the starter clutch is probably toast too. So, sort all that out, upgrade the starter circuit as you go, and you have a fantastic motorbike for pretty short money.

Yep, I'm going to check it out. I need another project.
Friend: man riding this really hurts my balls
Me: Well you're not supposed to sit on your balls!
Very similar. Mines a '93, but there's very few differences. My wife has a '95 M900. I've been very happy with it, so far. There are a few things it needs about every 60K: clutch plates, valve guide seals, seat. And a few every 100K: wheel bearings, steering head bearings, brake disks, clutch basket.
