Looking to sell my enclosed trailer. perfect for a track day trailer, for cheap money

its been my work trailer for about 6 years. i bought it from a guy who purchased it to move cross country.. it was virtually new when i bought it.. its in ok condition. dings/dents/etc it doesn't leak water.. currently has custom 3/4" shelves and cabinets set up for construction. they can be removed pretty easily.. they are included in the sale...if buyer doesn't want them, i will remove them, and throw them out..

needs:

passenger side fender
passenger side lights need to be fixed (seems to be very easy fix)
tires
new jack stand

i can't seem to find the title(i can probably dig it up), or old reg.. anyone know the regulations for trailers? do i need a title or old reg?

There is a weight limit oh 2999 with this rule. I imagine all loaded this trailer could be above that in which case title is required
