Yeah, thats right. I am selling my baby.
Those who know me can tell you how fanatical I am about this bike and its care so you can be sure that it is well maintained.
10k miles, current on service.
Oil changed religiously every 2500 miles.
Woodcraft Rearsets ( I just cant ride a bike with stock pegs ever since i started racing).
Clear taillight w/integrated turn signals.
Tekspec tank grip pads.
Woodcraft frame sliders.
Exhaust is stock stainless cans with cats and baffles removed. I have a full set of stock exhaust w/500 miles on it that will be going with it.
Full DZUS fasteners.
New front brakes (EBC HH <500 miles)
Bridgestone BT016 with 60% life left.
Ducati color matched solo cowl. I have the passenger seat and pegs which will be going with it.
Also a brand new set (still in box) of hotbodies plastics and a pitbull rearstand.
In the interest of full disclosure the bike was down 1x in a parking lot at <15mph. Dave and Lindsay can attest to that goddamned pink flipflop :-p. Left side panel has some scratches and a crack on an otherwise perfect bike.
Pics dont do this bike justice
and the damage to the right side panel. Most of this has since been buffed out.
Asking $7800 NESR price. PM with any questions.

Thanks Bkilm. I would consider trades only for an absolutely decked out, race ready 600 which really is the only reason I am getting rid of this in the first place.

It does cost a lot to get it set up really well, but realistically you could make it pretty decent with basic mods to the chasis and suspension...upgrade the fork internals (springs and valve kit..around $500) and then get the 30mm offset triples ($850).
You would need the adjustable linkage for the rear ride height ($150).
The stock rear shock isn't horrible and the stock power is still good.
parts are more money for things like the steering damper and new rear sprocket (buy the whole quick change set up) the actual sprockets are the same price.
If you really wanted to race it it can be done, I set mine up over two seasons to spread out the costs. When you start buying full exhaust systems, a new ECU (Nemesis) and a good rear shock then your talking another $5,500.
I got some good money for my stock parts like the headlights and all the bodywork...I think I got around $1,500 for the sale of the stock stuff.
I do love that bike now...as you know.

Yeah Chris I know it *can* be done but if you add up everything you listed including the exhaust and nemesis I can buy a fully race prepped AMA supersport 600 with traction control, the works. The simple fact is that for the money it just isnt worth it for me to build it up.
That said, if it doesnt sell by spring I may change my tune. There is a strong appeal to not having to learn to ride an I4 and I do love my twins...
