    I was getting intermittent surges with the liner and gloves. I just took a small screwdriver to the middle prong in the plugs and I am a toasty rider now.

    The Battery Lead to the jacket as well as the one on the gloves. If you look at them the center has a split in the middle. just slightly introduce a gap.

    Warning:::
    The battery lead. Pull the fuse. you will pop it if you contact the middle with the side. Don't ask!

    Tourmaster got back to me and I'll be exchanging this liner w/ built in controller for their 2.0 line jacket. Figured I'd post up a bump for the Firstgear stuff. $250 and you'll be riding right now in comfort!!!
