You are allowed two spots with a sticker, (No charge for sticker, just want to validate you are tenants) there is extra parking in back of the complex for extra vehicles & guests. There is also a huge parking lot out front that belongs to the bar/motel next door, thats where I always parked. Not supposed to, but it was easier.
There is also a strip of pavement between the back building and the car dealership next door where cars can not park, thats where I always parked my bikes until I got a trailer. No sticker needed, and the association gave us permisssion to use that for our bike parking.
