how hard are these to learn? your collections looks NICE! I always wanted one just dont really know where to take it, but your price is RIGHT
I was into them big when I was younger, the van on the far right I got in 1987 when I was 6...
They arent that hard to learn. Gas isnt the best for beginners, but Id be happy to teach you.
Just remember, a 7 pound object going 60 can do real damage to ankles, pets, cars, etc
Feel free to come test drive it and decide.
You have to tune the carb a lot, but its no different than running a chainsaw. Lean it out when its cold, richen it up when its hot.
And I have everything you need, so its pretty complete.
You have a good road, parking lot, or big driveway?
I had a Lunchbox too
Always wanted to get into the 1/8th scale nitro buggies. Unfortunately I have no place to run one now. And it sucks that most of these things are assembled already. Half the fun of owning one is building it yourself, last I checked Mugen Seiki buggies came in pieces.
My road is quiet and big. 3 car driveway wouldn't really call it spacious. I'll might take u up on that if it's still available when I have time to breath at work and take a day off. If not def wishing you GLWS
OFNA, Team Losi and Team Associated all still make high end 1/8 kits. I've got a few 1/8 nitro buggies, they're a blast.
Your neighborhood street is not the place to operate this type of machinery. Think bigger....a lot bigger. Vast expanses of tarmac.
I have a nitro car and speak from experience when I say the brain has trouble making sense out of how something so small moves so goddamned fast. The first time you see something like this in operation you will realize what I mean.
You can even raise it a bit, run different tires, and run it on dirt!
That looks really cool!
The downforce that new red race car body gives is RIDICULOUS.
Its one of those situations where it can be pretty loose at low speeds in corners, but if you actually go FASTER, it takes the corner better
lots of downforce, AWD, and 2.2 horsepower...
HOLD ON TO YOUR BUTTS
The only reason im selling is because I found out I prefer offroad a lot more. My road sucks, so to run it I need to take it to a parking lot. Kind of a pain, Id rather just run one of my other rigs in the backyard.
Im tempted to swap the 2.2hp motor in this into my rc10gt that has a 0.8HP motor in it and already wheelies on dirt when the powerband hits....
