What is involved in getting them to do that?

- If you buy the phone at full price, they'll unlock it for you.
- If you get it on contract, then they'll do it once your contract is up.
- If you make monthly payments for your phone, then you'll need to pay off the phone.

After the above is done, they'll unlock it for you at no charge.
