I have a Shoei RF-1100 Chroma helmet worn 10 times in total for sale. Pristine condition.

I bought this beautiful helmet to replace my old Scorpion EXO-700. Sadly it does not fit my head correctly. I went so far as to purchase the larger cheek pads, sizes 39mm and 41mm with no luck. My head is best suited for a Long Oval helmet.

I have been eyeing this helmet for years, starting with the RF-1000. This is one of the best helmets you can buy.

As I mentioned before it has been worn 10 times total. All short trips to and from work. 12miles round trip.

The helmet is in pristine condition. Never once touched the ground. Not even for a moment to set it down. I babied this helmet.

How's the air flow on this?

Sorry it took so long to reply. It is very good both upper and lower. The few times I did ride in it, I never got hot. I cannot say the same for my scorpion.

I can say that I have the RF1100 and it flows extremely well. If you're stuck behind a big screen obviously it will cut down on flow. It flows WAY better than my old HJC did.

It is truly an awesome helmet. I just wish it fit my dome. I hope it does to a good home.

And a note on size...

I wore a large in Scorpion, Suomy...but my Shoei is a med....

Soooo... Just beacuse its a small, dont count it out for fitting.

John, thanks for that insight. I like you have found different manufacturers run in different sizes.

I run a medium in Scorpion and in HJC.

Don't be shy if you are unsure. I am more than happy to let anyone try it on to see if it's their right size.
