Just what the title says.

I used it for about a year & a half. It's got a few small nicks at the edge of the body where it meets the screen (can be covered by a case), two VERY tiny, light, short scratches on the screen. Comes with charger, and I can probably find the box and instructions.

No, not the latest, greatest or fastest, but it WORKS fine for 3G.

I assume this is for the Verizon network.

I'm not looking (I'm still rocking a Droid Incredible 1... but I am rooted and it's working just dandy for me!), but it may be helpful information for anyone who is.
