Ohlins Steering Damper - off a GSXR 1000

Steering damper is in great shape, coming off an 07 GSXR 1000. It is stamped SD 1240 and adjustable so you guys may know what other makes / models it will fit. It will come with all the mounting hardware. If you need other pictures or info let me know. $200 in person, add shipping if you're too far for it to make sense to meet up.

Frenchy says all the GSXRs from 01-10 have the same front end, so it will fit any of them.

Korndogg got in touch with Ohlins, it will also fit the 98-01 R1 for all the Yamadogs out there.

To be honest with you I'm not positive. Frenchy said the front ends are the same 01-10. The damper is adjustable though, so it may just be a matter of sliding the mounting bracket on the damper. I'm only about 20 mins south of you if you want to meet up and take a look, or maybe a GSXR guru will know off the top of their head.

I can call a GSXR dealership and see if anybody in service knows too.

Does this damper come with the resistor that plugs into the OEM dampers harness to prevent it from throwing a code?

Does it come with hardware...bolts, nuts, etc?

Doesn't have the resistor, not positive you need it though. The bike it came off just had the stock harness zip tied and it wasn't throwing any codes, but it did have a power commander so it might've been taken care of with that.

I do have the mounting hardware, per the description.
