Man, I really wish I had time to ride. That is why I am selling. I think I put less than 100 miles on it last summer. I would not have time nor place to play with any of those toys.

I wouldn't be bad to still have a v-twin in my garage.

Ive had the RC since 16k miles, and I bought the 2 dualsports to teach my wife to ride so we could go together, but now she is pregnant, so I dont see that happening. I was thinking I would probably sell both dualsports in the spring.

Well, I would say let's keep things by the numbers...take the value of your bike according to KBB (high and low) and average that out. Do the same for mine and I would want the difference.

That way it is fair for both parties....

What a deal!...do a search and you see that this bike is selling for 9-11k with 10-15k miles on the clock...not to mention with out his upgrades...

I have my kidney for sale on ebay....lets see if I get some bids so this beast can be in my stable...

Agreed, but unfortunately a totally under appreciated bike in this country. Those who even have the slightest interest should read British Bike magazines numerous reviews of this motorcycle and how well sorted out it is. The rotax motor, the Ohlins suspension, the real person size (as opposed to the new RSV4 which is tiny), etc.... I see an 848 selling quicker even though to get it up to specs with this bike would take quite a bit of work and $$$. Not to mention the Ducati would be harder to live day-in and day out.

Good luck with the sale. If I was in the market for a supersport right now this would be on my short list...

It should have come with passenger pegs/seat. I bought the passenger set-up for my '04, I'm pretty sure they came with the stuff from '05 and up.

Great bikes, my '04 race bike has around 20k on the clock with minimal problems and maximum abuse.

We almost had it sold, would have taken deliver this Friday... but came across a few red flags that I personally didnt feel comfortable with. So ill post them up to save others the trouble should they be considering the bike (save you the trouble of asking the same thing of the seller 10 times). Ray sounds like a legit business man and i dont think he has anything to hide but things didn't add up for me enough to drop 8K cash.

1. Ray is at least the 3rd owner of a bike with 3K on it (title reads transfer at 2250 miles in 2009 to the previous owner)
2. Ray purchased the bike off eBay 1.5 years ago from Hawaii and shipped to CA and then to MA
3. Ray never registered the bike in MA, he only put ~80 miles on the bike riding around his neighborhood in 1.5 years after spending $600 in services and have it shipped across the country.
4. The title is in the previous owners name.
5. Service record doesn't match the tittle as they confused a "2" for a "Z"
