Buddy of mine is losing his current roommate, and looking for another. Some may know him, Soucier who races an RVF400. He's a welder and the basement / garage is setup as a shop. Looking for someone that is relaxed and drama free and doesn't mind the bachelor motorcyclist's pad for a living situation. NO idea what the cost is yet, but anyone looking I can send you over. I reckon in the ~$1500 range depending on how much room you want (his last roommate had 2 of the bedrooms).
