saw a few sell on eBay for $165, so I'm looking to get one around that price.
any of you that have nothing to do all day and just search for random shit (Pete), let me know if you find a PCIII (usb only) for my bike.
2002 Suzuki GSX-R 600
thanks!![]()
That is an unheard of price if you are talkin new!
If all else fails, Lean more....
I have one for a 02 gsxr 750. Not sure if it works for a 600. Part # is PC309-311. I'll sell it for $150 if your interested.
edit: Nevermind I just searched it. Its good for only the 02-03 750.

damn, thanks Jay. I was watching one on eBay that started at $120 & had no bids. the seller stopped the auction 2 hours short because no one was bidding. i ended up contacting him & we're negociating a price. He asked for $175 shipped, and I'm going for $150.
came off an 01 600, which according to DynoJet, the 01-03 600's use the same part #.
closing in on a used one now for $175.
I know Akira700 has done it, but anyone else have luck modifying a map?
I need the M325-020 (K5 1000) map but for my K2 600. trying to avoid a $300 custom map at a dyno tune shop, since this M325-020 map is exactly what I need.
If your mapping for a slipon, I've heard that if they don't have the exact same map for your particular slipon, choose a map with a similar slip on set up. I'm not sure if you should dabble with different maps from other bikes unless you know what your doing. Like for example, there are only a couple different slipons that remove the cat on the exhaust for my bike. I'm running a map with a single slipon that has the cat removed because my slipon removed it. But I have duel exhaust and a different brand than what the map was made for. Runs great.

just sent payment for my PCIII.
Per DynoJet support, they advised to use map 307-013 (Wileyco bolt-on exhaust and stock or K&N air filter) for my bike with the Hotbodies slash-cut slipon & K&N air filter. Other option would be a custom map at a dyno shop.
Sweeeeeet!!! Thought you had that junx already. It's going to be like getting a new bike, you're gonna dig it. Do you have a laptop? You don't need one, but it allows you to adjust it without taking it on and off. Load it up but you may want to see what the other GSXR riders have programmed into it with a similar setup to yours and see how they differ. You should be able to see the difference in set points to see where one differs from the next.Watch that front wheel comin' up after you get it on.
Also, my bike takes maybe a second or two longer to turn over, but it's common on my bike. Just an FYI in case you fire it up and freak out a bit. You could get the ignition module but it's really not necessary.
Duct tape is like "The Force". It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
i have a laptop, and i've loaded a map on my buddy's CBR last summer.
my front is dropped a few mm, so it takes a little more to make the front lift up.
i emailed tech support last week at DynoJet and told them what map would work best on my bike, so I'll give that a shot.
Kinda pissed I have to take off my new damper YET AGAIN to access under the tank though.
But it's supposed to be nice, so if anyone wants to ride down here while I install it then go for a cruise, lemme know.
installed the PCIII today and loaded a map on it. There was some crazy high performance racing map loaded on there. the bike wouldnt even start with that map. had to use the electric choke and give it a little throttle to keep the bike running while sending the map I wanted.
Jim, with the new unit installed, did it do anything significant to the bike? Better bottom end, better top end, etc? Have wondered about those units.
