SIDI X-Power Boots new-in-box size 44
$220 shipped.
I got these last year on clearance, tried them on, good fit, but 'way too rigid and technical for me, and I have to face reality that I won't be doing any real trail riding that require boots like these. The sole is a combination of smooth and grippy areas, not like a Vibram hiking sole, and the heel has a bevel on the leading edge.

A friend recommended these boots, he has the later similar "SC" model, he says "they actually broke in to where I am comfortable, shifting and braking with them. I did adjust my shifter, a notch or two, but mostly the boots just softened up in the necessary places in order to be flexible enough to shift and feel the brake lever as well."
Here's a good review of the X-Power:

Just passing on what I know, so, yeah, do your own research, make your own decision.
