A* SMX-R boots Small Men's/Womens size

I have a BRAND new pair of Alpinestar SMX-R boots that are still in the box, never worn as they are one size too small. I paid $299 for them on Revzilla.com but am willing to part with them for $200, as they are just sitting and of no use to me at the moment. They are black, and really awesome boots. They are size 40, equivalent to a US size 6.5 for men, and US size 8.5 womens.

Wish I needed/could afford new boots. My A*s are an 8, and thus half a size too small....very similar (maybe earlier model year)..

These boots are just sitting and I would like them put to use...
It is weird, my women's Stella A* are the same size but fit me, and these in the same size but a mens are actually smaller....

I'll most likely pick these up for my g/f. Gotta find out what size shoe she wears. All 7,657 pairs of shoes are at school with her.
