    I spoke to the owners mom. Apparently he bought it last summer. Rode it around the neighborhood. He has a clean, title that he never signed after buying it. His mom said she is making him sell it because he is an unexperienced rider and she is afraid he will use all that power. She also said the plastics are all there and not cracked. Apparently the son lost the key. When the dad rode it he said that the clutch was slipping so it could just be out of adjustment. The title states 36k miles.

    Your chopper has an air cooled pushrod tractor motor in it and might make 90hp. A TL motor would make more than that at half the ccs, with 30% more HP and 4x the reliability
