Wonder if the legends car audience would have any use for this or if their motors being sealed would preclude needing this?

I don't think you can run a non-sealed motor any more in Legends which means the only ones using that tool are employed by Legends Cars.

Interesting.. for curiosity, how the heck do they seal them?

They aren't sealed as in welded, etc, but they are drilled in certain spots and tagged with Legends Cars Inc owned tamper 'proof' labels such that the only way to, for example pop a valve cover is to break a seal tag.
