Anybody know? Point me in the right direction?
I have a 2000 WR400 that is dialed in perfect for me, correct weight suspension, all the good bash plates and hand guard, etc. But the riding around my house can be tough, and I get tired quickly enough as it is, sucks having to kick start it after crashing four times on the same hill.
(Yes, i've thought about not crashing. I have not yet been successful in implementing this strategy.)
Man up you puss bag.
Also, when can I drive up? I've got every other Friday off, so can head up Thursday from work with the bike and dog in tow. I'm ready!
As soon as I get a front sprocket, we can start riding. A couple of weeks maybe?
The answer is noUnless you want to swap in a 2003 or new WR450 motor.
IMO the older decomp lever motors like yours are easier to kick start vs the newer auto decomp motors
