I only watched about half of this video. These kinds of things get me a bit upset. I was watching something on TV a few years ago about action sports crashes, and I turned it off about half way through and I felt like I was about to cry. I had a great time in my skateboarding and my freestyle BMX days and I had my share of broken bones and torn ligamints. I just hate to see this stuff (the injuries, no the sports) on TV for other people's entertainment value.
That's some hard shit to watch.. it's always hard to face reality in a sport that can reward a mistake with the loss off life or worse paralyzation.. but that feeling of pain and hurt is far worse when compared to the feeling of knowing..
I'll never again feel the rush of turn 1 should I ever give this up.

We all die. Only a few live.
it would be sweet if they named the video 'motocross' haha.
Like any sport, if you think about what can go wrong you are going to end up failing. Sports like racing/mx though, its not a matter of if you get hurt, it is when and how bad.

a lot also has to do with the amount of risk one is willing to take
I look at a video like that and think "freestyle motocross is just plain dangerous...I wouldn't ever do it."
but just about all my friends and family think the same thing about motorcycles in general![]()
